Married One Year!

Well Dave and I celebrated our one year anniversary on February 10, 2007. We didn't do too much. Lisa babysat and Dave and I went for dinner. And of course I had to try on my wedding dress....I have to say - I could put it on but whoa was it tight - not too comfortable. Then Mya and I put on mom's wedding dress. Photo Shoot!

Well, I don't profess to be a photographer but I had to do a little photo shoot with cutie Jack. These were taken when he was a month and a half. He was so good for the shoot. Just sat back and relaxed and looked so cute.

The Cutest Thing!!

Okay so I was shopping in Williams Sonoma the other day and came across the cutest invention ever - the Cup-a-Cake. Its just a cute little container to hold one cupcake. And it has these little spikes inside to hold the cupcake in place so the icing doesn't get rubbed off. Who wouldn't have liked to go to school with one of these instead of their cupcakes in a plastic baggie and the cupcake is squished by the time you get to eat it. So cute!

2 Months Old!

I can't believe it - Jack is two months old. Although it does seem like he's been in our family for longer than 2 months. He is growing so fast and loves to smile all the time. I can sit around all day trying to get him to smile and sometimes he smiles so big its like he wants to laugh out loud but just doesn't know how to do it yet. I have to say he is such a good baby. He is really only cranky when he is over-tired. Last night I put him to bed at 10 p.m. and we didn't hear a word from him until 7 a.m. - He's been pretty good lately - all last week he slept until 6 a.m. - its awesome to be able to sleep again - lets hope he keeps it up! I am not sure how much he weighs right now - we go to the doctor in a week but he has grown lots. He also loves his baths. We moved him into the big bathtub as he didn't have enough room in the little one to kick his feet - now he loves his bath - just plays and kicks and moves around. He is ready to go swimming, I think!
